What we do for you:
– Review project specifications, drawings and detail sheets to prepare for CAD Drawings
– Consult with project architect and or engineers and understand intent of design
– Consult with GC’s field supervisor and schedule for field measurements
– Listed shop-drawing fee is for one spec section for buildings less than 10,000sf.
– An additional $0.20/sf is applied for buildings more than 10,000sf

Please note: Field mockups and PE stamp on shop-drawings are billed separately 

Your next steps:
– Notify your project staff and GC’s project staff that Sutherton will be contacting them to discuss shop-drawings
– Upload all information pertaining to the shop-drawings process: specifications, emails
– Select *delivery option for when you need to receive the shop-drawings to send to GC or Architect
– Select the number of shop-drawings being processed in this work order
– Prepare to pay 50% at submission of this work order – click add to cart
– Upon return of approved shop-drawings pay the remaining 50% balance
