– Silver subscriptions come with all services included for one project, with some restrictions noted below.  This is ideal for a moderately busy firm seeking slightly more than part time services
– One take-off is included up to 10,000 sf for new construction work.  For larger projects above 10,000sf an additional $0.20/sf is added to the fee
– Lead coordination with licensed and certified professionals to review, field measure and sign-off on project documents such as Shop-Drawing and As-builts*
– Provide CAD shop-drawings for one spec section per month. If additional shop-drawings are required please refer to the Shop-Drawing product and request a 10% discount
– Project documents are not limited to items under construction services only, but can include most items under administration and accounting
– 10% discount on any additional service required. Discount is applicable to subscribed members only

* Please note: When and if required, costs for a CPA or PE are billed separately as they cannot be predetermined until accounting or engineering of the project is determined
