– Cost estimation is for subcontractors bidding new construction work only
– Rehab construction cost estimates are not applicable, unless take-offs are provided
– Price labor and material according to region and labor rate requirements
– Cost estimation fee is for one project that is less than 10,000sf.
– For projects above 10,000sf an additional $0.15/sf is applied
