What we do for you:
– Review drawings, specifications, photos, surveys, etc
– Take-offs are for subcontractors bidding new construction work only, based on drawings and specifications
– Walk throughs and take-offs for Rehabs are not applicable, unless all quantities can be obtained from bid documents
– Take-offs fee is for one project that is less than 10,000sf.
– For projects above 10,000sf an additional $0.10/sf is applied

Your next steps:
